Role Objective:

As a Team Leader you will focus on coordinating our heartwarming team of Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure guest satisfaction and WOW service, with particular emphasis on personalised Guest Service. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain focus on the 'Guests Need', to provide a personalised and exceptional service where possible.
• Lead the way in your initiatives to ensure guest problems and concerns are solved and followed up.
• Ensure the smooth, accurate and timely processing of check-in and check-outs, with accurate cashiering. 
• Ensure all food and beverage items served to guests are of the highest standard and presentation, meeting or exceeding hotel expectations
• Support new colleagues through training while motivating and inspiring the team to grow their knowledge and skills.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A valid working visa or New Zealand / Australian citizenship. 
• At least 1 year experience in the Food and Beverage industry (5 star Hotel or Airport VIP Lounge) 
• Full flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster. 
• A personality for creating memorable moments for guest 
• Experience in managing a small team and demonstrated the ability in leading the team to success in service.
