CNC Machine Operator - Day or Evening Shift Available

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operators to join one of our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring products are manufactured to exact specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Interpret engineering blueprints, sketches, and job orders for product specifications.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Monitor the machine operations to detect any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in another relevant production & manufacturing role
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Solid understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
