CNC MACHINES PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR To support our Day Shift Team of CNC Machinists we seek that special person with the following superior skills and experience: PROGRAMMING, Setting and Operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centres Fanuc / Okuma / Hass Control Systems Good working knowledge of G and M Codes together with Fusion 360 Tool and Datum Setting with Tool Touch Probe and Parts Touch Probe Adjusting H and D Offsets Able to interpret complex Drawings and 3D CAD Models Use of Measuring Instruments such as Verniers, Micrometers, DTI's Deburring & cleaning machined components to a high level of finesse Quality compliance using in-process inspection and Peer checking in accordance with typical ISO 9001 quality management procedures We also require you to: Be methodical and logical, with focal attention to detail Have a solutions based approach with can-do attitude Work well within a Team environment Be a NZ Resident or have an Unrestricted NZ Work Visa Preferably be flexible with working Day (07:00 - 15:30) or Evening (15:00 - 23:30) Shifts If this is you we will be delighted to hear from you!
