About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to join our press team as a Press Helper/Operator.

What you’ll do:

• Support press operators by setting up parts and moving jobs to/from dispatch
• Operate CNC press brakes, overhead gantry cranes, and lifting equipment (training provided)
• Keep production running smoothly with minimal downtime
• Perform quality checks, label parts, and prepare finished work for dispatch
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and work safely as part of the press team
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week)

• Previous machine operating or press experience (advantageous)
• Forklift licence or experience using lifting equipment (preferred)
• Experience with CNC machinery or willingness to be trained
• Familiarity with overhead gantry cranes (advantageous)
• Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
