Coffee Machine Technician

Our goal is to deliver high-quality equipment, premium coffee and consumables as well as unbeatable service. Your role will be Auckland based to technically service our very fast growing client base. Our range of equipment is predominantly fully automatic bean-to-cup machines designed for the workplace.

Qualifications & experience

• If you hold your EAS qualification, that would be a real bonus however, for the right candidate we are always willing to support you in gaining this qualification.
• Ideally, you will have technical background in small appliance repairs or even better, experience in the coffee machine 'world'.
• Hold a clean New Zealand driver's licence.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Attend various customer sites for the purposes of installation, preventative maintenance and general servicing of equipment.
• Deal with clients both on and off site in a professional and friendly manner
• Aid in the maintenance of the company’s various databases, by way of working directly with administration staff or direct input into our operations software (SimPro).
• Co-ordinating and managing various sub-contractor technicians around the country
• Some warehousing and dispatching will also be part of your role.
