Cold Chain Clerk

Te Tūranga / About the Role

As a Shipping Clerk Cold Chain/Dispatch, you'll play an important role in ensuring product is dispatched accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for coordinating electronic shipping certification, preparing export documentation, and supporting the loading and dispatch process to domestic and international markets.

Working closely with the Shipping Supervisor, Loadout Team Leader, transport operators, and MPI representatives, you'll help ensure product leaves site with the correct certification and documentation while supporting smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

You'll also coordinate shipping instructions, assist with inventory management, organise transport requirements, and ensure dispatch activities are completed within required timeframes.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.30am – 3.30pm. Flexibility is required.

We're looking for someone who brings strong administration skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, along with:

• Experience in administration, logistics, shipping, dispatch, or a similar operational support role
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and working across multiple systems
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
