The role;
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for handling sensitive conversations with high levels of empathy, resolving arrears, and above all else providing excellent customer service. You’ll play a crucial role in guiding customers to understand and manage their financial obligations, using your skills in communication and problem-solving to help them navigate often challenging situations. It's a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while enhancing your own professional abilities in customer service and financial management. This role is high trust and unscripted, you'll have the ability to think on your feet and respond to what's presented to you.
Your X factor;
We are seeking talented people who either have 2-4 years experience in debt collection or alternatively, you might have significant, high volume call centre experience and are looking to up-skill in financial services.
