The Role:

We have an exciting full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) based our Havelock North office as an Office Administrator for our Colliers Commercial business. 

You will play a pivotal role in assisting our Commercial Brokers, continuing our ongoing success achieved to date. 

You'll enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and constantly evolving environment so you'll need to be able to work autonomously as well as in a team, be proactive by nature and adapt to change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing IM’s (Information Memorandum) 
  • Generating submission documents 
  • Preparing Sale and Purchase Agreements
  • Processing sales documentation
  • Database marketing
  • Website / internet marketing
  • Property research

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience is essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of the suite of software including Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to proofread
  • Ability to prioritise and meet the commitment of those priorities
  • Motivated and able to work unsupervised  
  • Deadline driven and hardworking
  • Sense of humour
  • Exceptional can do, willing and adaptable and flexible attitude

Challenging and offering an opportunity for autonomy, this role requires someone with excellent communication skills, an appreciation of customer relations and highly developed administration skillset. Attention to detail, time management to ensure deadlines are met and proficiency in all aspects of IT are also a must. 

Previous administration experience is essential and experience in the real estate industry will be highly regarded.
