The Role:
We have an exciting full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) based our Havelock North office as an Office Administrator for our Colliers Commercial business.
You will play a pivotal role in assisting our Commercial Brokers, continuing our ongoing success achieved to date.
You'll enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and constantly evolving environment so you'll need to be able to work autonomously as well as in a team, be proactive by nature and adapt to change.

Attention to detail, time management to ensure deadlines are met and proficiency in all aspects of IT are also a must.
Previous administration experience is essential and experience in the real estate industry will be highly regarded.
