About the role:

As our Commercial Analyst, you will provide expert financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and optimize performance across our business units. You’ll collaborate with teams from Sales to Supply Chain, monitoring key performance indicators and driving performance improvements. Delivering timely and insightful monthly financial reports and presentations, you will provide analysis and commentary on variances to targets, budgets, and forecasts. Working at our Auckland Roastery and closely with our Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of coffee operations, offering opportunities for learning, growth, and hands-on experience.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives on challenges, is eager to learn and collaborate, and can influence decision-making at all levels of our organization. The ideal candidate will have previous FMCG experience and an appreciation for coffee culture. Strong commercial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously are essential. You will also be skilled in analysing, modeling, and demonstrating. Experience with Power BI and other visualization tools is highly advantageous. When it comes to essentials, you’ll have an Accounting or Finance degree with a few years of experience under your belt.
