About the Role

As our new Commercial Analyst, with the remit to develop this role, you will support business wide reporting and analysis to drive our business forward. Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing daily and weekly reporting to track and analyse performance.


• Providing financial modelling and analysis to inform business decisions.


• Assisting in the setting of sales and gross profit targets


• Supporting budgeting and forecasting across sales, operations, margin, inventory, and wages.


• Assisting with month-end processes.


• Assisting in managing the master data across our systems.


• Supporting other departments in analysis and reporting for actionable insights.


• Project implementation as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong finance experience within the retail sector, (manufacturing exposure would be a plus).


• Advanced skills in Excel are essential


• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into meaningful insights.


• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.


• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
