We are seeking a Communications Lead with change management & project management experience for one of our clients in Tauranga. Reporting to the Change Manager, you will be mainly responsible for the delivery of a communications strategy that achieves the organisation’s change goals across each phase of the programme, from high-level design, through detailed design, built and test, and into go-live and early life support. The communications tasks will be finely tuned to supporting company’s broader change strategy and their change and transformation goals. This includes providing consistent and timely updates on progress to maintain momentum and to drive confidence.
 
Key requirements:
 

• 3+ Years Communications Practitioner with relevant qualification
• Strong experience in communications project management with relationship-building skills and a good mind for process and organisation
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, consultative and communication skills with proven ability to influence outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business transformation.
• Previous experience working for large organisation.
• Able to work without supervision, to collaborate and to learn from others
• Proven delivery track record.
