He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role:
We are recruiting for a Community Connector, to support our whānau and vulnerable communities. This important role will be responsible for providing direct support and advice to whānau, connecting our community with information, knowledge, and access to a range of community services and resources. This full time role will be primarily based in Henderson. The Community Connector will work with Government and community-based stakeholders, ensuring that the diverse and individual needs of whānau can be met. You will navigate whānau to various services available whilst taking a Hauora approach.
He kōrero mōu | About You:
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the Health and Social Sector, in particular understanding the practice of NGO’s working within the community sector. You will have a passion for working with our most vulnerable, thrive on whānau engagement and have experience developing strong relationships with community stakeholders.
