Under the West Community team, the case management position entails providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, case management, and therapeutic interventions for our clients and their family/ whanau. You will work as a multi-disciplinary team member, where there is a strong focus on returning clients to primary health care sector following specialist input. You will be experienced with managing and responding to crises. This position requires a registered nurse with experience in mental health and a full driver's license.
