About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compactor & Bin Workshop Manager to lead our East Tamaki workshop operations. This role is central to the performance, safety, compliance and commercial effectiveness of our compactor and bin maintenance, repair, refurbishment and build functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the current workshop supervisor to gain detailed knowledge of compactors, customer requirements, workshop processes and sales expectations, while building leadership continuity and technical depth for the future.

You are a practical, commercially aware workshop leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to lead people, improve processes and deliver great customer outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Ideally, you will also have experience with compactors, bins, containers, fixed plant, fabrication, welding, mechanical repairs, electrical controls, CMMS or maintenance management systems.
Most importantly, you are a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, building capable teams, improving systems and delivering operational excellence.
