We are looking for a Compliance Team Lead to join our amazing Dispatch Team.

What You Will Offer Us

  • Full time role, 42.5 hours per week with flexibility to cover OT from time to time (our business operates 7 days a week 7am - 7pm) 
  • Initiative, multitasking skills and a genuine desire to learn
  • Excellent analytics skills (qualification an advantage)
  • Sound report writing and presentation skills
  • Process focused with the ability to understand technology and systems
  • Detail oriented with the ability to think outside the square to provide solutions
  • Be organized and have excellent time management skills
  • High level computer literacy is a prerequisite, with excellent attention to detail a must
  • A confident and professional communicator with internal and external customers
  • Able to demonstrate sound geographical knowledge of our key areas: Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. And be familiar with the rest of New Zealand.
