The Role
As the Quality & Construction Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects on a key - high profile account across the Wellington region as well as jumping on the tools where required. You will be managing our trades teams, resources, sub-contractors and materials to ensure work is completed to our client's specifications and planned construction schedules.

This role is a great opportunity to work towards stepping off the tools. This position will be starting on the tools but will be moving off more and more. Eventually this position will be a role where it is a ‘step in where required’. We are looking for a successful applicant to grow and step into a bigger role in the future.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of the building standard NZ3604 and be able to follow plans and architectural drawings and present at all site and structural inspections.
This position is critical in ensuring that all appropriate Health & Safety procedures are carried out and followed on-site, at all times.

This role involves overseeing sub-contractors across multiple trades and eventually managing a wider team.

The likely appointment range for this role is $37.50 - $42.50 per hour DOE, 42.5 hours a week.
