Position Overview: As the Construction Project Manager at All Energy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction phase of our renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organising, and coordinating the construction activities of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Overseeing contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing project resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact timelines or quality.
• Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
• Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design and construction standards.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating project updates, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) are desirable.
