About this role:
As the Content Specialist, you will a pivotal role in shaping the content and design of Lewis Road assets that help drive success for their brand, campaigns and products. Working closely with the key marketing leads, the role will help bring to life strategic marketing initiative by creating highly engaging content and design assets for NZ & global markets.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of NZ Marketing to deliver campaigns on ATL & BTL channels - OOH, social media, PR, Shopper Marketing, events and more.
• Assist with the comprehensive content plans for LRC NZ aligned with brand objectives. This will include concepting, photography, writing, graphic design, or other creative tasks to support specific marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Work with Digital Content Specialist to plan and execute digital and social plan for Lewis Road Creamery.
• Support Sales & Marketing function with creation of brand collateral to execute activity in market.
• Work closely with Group Marketing Director to produce content for global markets as and when needed, including the development of social media content, pamphlets, brochures, and other creative tasks specific to other markets.
• Support Digital & Content Specialist in maintenance the company website(s) by regularly updating content, including news, articles, product information, and other relevant information to ensure that the website remains current and engaging for visitors.
• Support Southern Pastures and NZ Grass Fed companies with design projects on an ad hoc basis.

  
Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design and/or marketing or related field
• Three - four years in a content creation focused, preferably product and/or food related experience.
• Excellent photography skills required.
• Capability to apply creative and analytical thinking, as well as problem solve.
• Ability to create videos particularly for social channels would be a beneficial skill.
• An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, and Adobe Suite – Illustrator & Photoshop.
