This role is crucial in a multi-year program, offering a 6-month rolling contract. The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, enhancing customer-facing digital platforms. Enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements with two anchor days in the office. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with AEM as an author, BA, or tester.
• Collaborate on website development projects.
• Develop and document requirements for digital applications.
• Engage in testing and support developers.
• Ensure a detailed and customer-centric approach.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Experience with AEM, either authoring, as a BA, or tester.
• Proven track record in building websites.
• Strong digital experience, especially in front-end, customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in writing requirements for digital applications.
• Willingness to assist in testing and developer support.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience.
