Contract Senior Applications Support Engineer

The Role:

The contract role Senior Applications Support Engineer, is tasked with taking the lead in increasing our use of Microsoft automation tools, AI, managing our SQL databases, assisting in the implementation of our practice management system (3E), managing our integrations and reporting databases. This is a varied role, that will at times require you to work across many aspects of the IT support function. The core focus is to automate and improve efficiency through the use of technology.

• Continuing creation of Word templates to enable automation.
• Reporting (PowerBI, SSRS) to present business data
• Application Support and development (3E, iManage, Office)
• Automation (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Equinox Application support and development.
• Management and improvement of our existing integrations. (Integration builder)
• Assisting in the Implementation of 3E upgrade, iManage Work10 upgrade/Cloud, and the Implementation of Dentons Open
• Building continuous improvement with AI, automation and training of staff.
• Support and enhance our use of other bespoke applications.

Your relevant experience will include:

• Extensive experience and knowledge in Microsoft Power platform and integration technologies. (Rest)
• Guiding the development of adoption of power BI throughout the organisation.
• Hands-on background in delivery of integrations, data and BI projects
• Proficiency in SQL and Azure SQL,
• SSRS reporting maintenance and management.
