Coordinator – Sales and Marketing - Urgent

Sterling Japan NZ limited stands as a prominent entity in New Zealand’s automobile trade, renowned for its reliability as a supplier of reconditioned Japanese and European vehicles. With the recent exponential growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-tasking sales coordinator to bolster our sales and marketing team.

If you are an organized and energetic individual looking for a role giving you plenty of variety – we would love to hear from you. You must be a self-confident individual with great communication skills and computer skills, and a few years of experience in sales and marketing environment.

The Role Involves

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through attending to customer enquiries

· Maintaining the CRM system and developing customer leads

· Attending to customer calls and emails to generate new sales and business leads

· Coordinating of and reporting of EDM, CRM, Social media marketing campaigns, web content development

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and marketing data

· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

· Liaising with sales and marketing staff and operational teams to grow business opportunities

· General sales and marketing support

What you need

· Two years of experience in sales and marketing and CRM

· A professional and detailed approach to marketing communication with excellent written and verbal communication

· Business savvy and customer focused

· Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

· Fast learner and passion for sales

· Ability and willingness to take variety of tasks from time to time

· Self-motivated with a result driven approach

· Positive and can do attitude and willingness to learn

· Friendly, enthusiastic, motivated and highly organized

· Fully or part qualification in marketing would be an advantage
