Job Description - Corporate Administrator

Te whiwhinga mahi| The opportunity 

We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our Christchurch-based Corporate Services team. Based in our Christchurch office, you will be joining a passionate and collaborative team that are first impression ambassadors and smooth the path for the successful delivery of core business activities. They literally keep the lights on! 

In this role, each day will provide new opportunities and challenges, but overall, you can expect to be: 

  • Answering and greeting visitors and contractors to our office 
  • Support with facilities and contractor management 
  • Coordinating meetings and events for our Christchurch office 
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring correct tools and equipment are available 
  • Archiving and supporting with some project-based work. 

Or typically all of this, no two days will be the same! Your curiosity to learn, initiative and proactive support will pave the way for variety.

Office or corporate services experience will be welcomed or, if you bring the right attitude, enthusiasm and energy, we will develop your knowledge in the Beca ways of doing things. You will be confident to represent our professional organisation to our clients, both internal and external and eager to advance your career in a progressive and ever-changing business. 

Proficient in Microsoft 365, you'll be curious to learn new technology and tools. You'll be a team player and enjoy presenting the professional, extending this customer-experience focus to customers within the business. You enjoy variety and relish opportunities to jump in where needed, recognising and responding to shifting priorities across the team. Your initiative and commitment to become involved and take an active role in the goals and culture of the team will ensure your success and enjoyment in the role.
