About the role

Reporting to the COO, the Corporate Area Manager is a key leadership role focused on driving performance and growth across our corporate clubs. You will be instrumental in developing and supporting Club Managers to achieve and exceed targets. Your role will emphasize optimizing day-to-day operations centered on five key pillars: People, Program, Product, Presence, and Process.

In addition, you will collaborate with Lift Brands to enhance IT Systems, Marketing, HR, Learning & Development, and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives across our network. Join us to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact on our member engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
