About the role
We are now recruiting for an intermediate – senior Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland office.

Our Auckland corporate practice is a highly collaborative two partner team. The key focus is advising sophisticated domestic and international clients on complex and high value M&A transactions. You will work closely with the partners and other team members – and we want you to become a key member of the team.  

In addition to M&A transactions, there will also be scope to work on a broader range of corporate and commercial matters. We believe the work quality and culture are great – and we think you will enjoy working with us at Anderson Lloyd!

What you will bring
Successful candidates will have at 3 - 7 years' experience working as a corporate lawyer. Applicants will need to be ambitious, have excellent academic qualifications and be able to engage confidently with clients. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships based on trust.  You will be highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks.
