Corporate Lawyers 3-10 years’ experience

The Opportunity

Find your purpose in Auckland’s CBD with a highly visible corporate/M&A practice that spans a broad range of corporate transactions including public market M&A, equity capital market transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations, corporate governance and general advisory work.

Our client will consider applications from lawyers with ideally, 3+ years' experience from another leading commercial/corporate legal team.  Your position title will be dependent upon your level of experience (i.e. you could be at solicitor, senior solicitor, associate or senior associate level).
 

About You 

• A NZ qualified solicitor with ideally, 3-10 years' experience (more or less)
• Recent corporate/M&A and commercial experience from either private practice and/or an in-house role
• Inclusive approach to building relationships
• Compelling written and verbal communication
