If yes, then George Design has been searching for you! We're on the lookout for an awesome person to join our small but mighty team. 

The Role.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding the strategic direction and execution of our branding, website projects, and marketing initiatives. This position blends hands-on, creative work with strategic oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in managing creative execution alongside strategic development.

What You'll Be Doing.

• Collaborate directly with our Director (that’s me) and our Brand Designer on kick-ass design and marketing projects.
• Craft brand strategies and marketing campaigns that resonate.
• Bring your creativity through content creation, blog writing, eDM creation.
• Own projects from inception to execution.
• Wowing our clients and colleagues alike with your bright, bubbly personality, attention to the nuts and bolts (details) and love for beautiful design.

When our Director pops off to have a baby, you’ll be…

• Helping to coordinate our projects, ensuring our Brand Designer feels supported. 
• Maintaining our workflow and project standards.
• Acting as the primary point of client communication, building and maintaining relationships to ensure project success.

What Makes You Perfect for the Role?

• A proven track record of running projects smoothly from start to finish.
• You will be a creative thinker and problem solver who is eager to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table. A thinker and a doer.
• A personality that shines, making everyone around you feel uplifted.
• Exceptional copywriting skills, a keen eye for brand details, and perhaps a hidden talent in using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• You will understand the importance of brand strategy, audience personas, the marketing funnel AND creativity with a commercial lens. 
• Ability to translate our Director's big ideas to paper and help our Brand Designer bring them to life.

Role Nuts & Bolts.

• This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. 
• 37.5 hours a week.
• Quarterly performance-based bonus
