We are committed to fashion innovation and customer satisfaction We are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Coordinator to help drive our dynamic marketing efforts across both brands.
As the Creative Marketing Coordinator you will play a pivotol role in executing innovative marketing content to elevate our brands presence in the New Zealand market. From design creation to social media management and website maintenance you will coordinate a range of initiatives to engage our audience and drive business growth
Key responsibilities
Design Mastery
- Utilise your exceptional design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to create visually stunning EDMs (via Klaviyo), promotional materials (digital and print), and other marketing collateral. Produce 5+EDMs per week and ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs
Social Media Wizardry
- Create organic social media content to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brands to enhance our online presence.
- Community Management across social media, and create engaging content across multiple platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook, with basic knowledge of TikTok and Pinterest.
- Demonstrate strong English skills and copywriting talent for product descriptions and advertising campaigns.
Paid Digital Advertising
- Create compelling content for paid social media campaigns
- Working collaboratively with our Digital Marketing Specialists to design for A/B test creative assets and copy to drive performance
Campaigns
Develop and implement annual marketing calendars, activations, product launches, social media strategies and promotional activities
Photoshoots
- Lead the creative direction and execution of campaign ideas across various platforms; Manage all aspects of photoshoots, including arranging photographers, locations, products, makeup artists, models and release forms. Ensure seamless product styling and timely turnaround of shoot deliverables.
Website Maintenance
- Create all website design content (using Canva), product uploads, and overall maintenance using Shopify
- Curate relevant, engaging blog content to enhance the customer experience
Skills Required
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a creative marketing role
- A passion for photography
- Good understanding of the Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro). An understanding of web design is a plus!
- Great social media expertise (Organic and paid posts - Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok)
- Copy writing skills
- A positive attitude and adaptability to an ever-evolving fashion landscape
- Exceptional organisational skills, passion, and attention to detail.
- Strong time management abilities and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A keen eye for creativity and a finger on the pulse of pop culture and marketing trends.
- In-depth knowledge of the local Canterbury retail market and broader New Zealand audience demographics
