We are a dynamic and family-operated business in the heart of Canterbury, New Zealand, proudly managing two beloved local and national brands: Andrea Biani (shoes) and Treasure Box By Biani (clothing). We are committed to fashion innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts across both brands.
Position Overview:
As the Creative Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate our brands' presence in the New Zealand market. From design creation to social media management and website maintenance, you will lead a range of initiatives to engage our audience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Mastery:
Utilise your exceptional design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to create visually stunning EDMs (via Klaviyo), promotional materials (digital and print), and other marketing collateral. Produce 4-5 EDMs per week and ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Social Media Wizardry:
Develop and execute organic social media strategies to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brands to enhance our online presence.
Community Management across social media, and create engaging content across multiple platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook, with basic knowledge of TikTok and Pinterest.
Demonstrate strong English skills and copywriting talent for product descriptions and advertising campaigns.
Paid Digital Advertising:
Manage advertising budgets and interpret performance reports to optimise campaign effectiveness. Create compelling content for paid social media campaigns and oversee digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms. Have a basic understanding of Google Ads to interpret data - This is outsourced so you will collaborate with specialists managing the platform.
Photoshoots:
Lead the creative direction and execution of campaign ideas across various platforms; Manage all aspects of photoshoots, including arranging photographers, locations, products, makeup artists, models and release forms. Ensure seamless product styling and timely turnaround of shoot deliverables.
Website Maintenance:
Oversee the overall management of two websites, including design updates (using Canva), product uploads, and overall maintenance using Shopify. Achieve weekly sales targets for each brand and curate relevant, engaging blog content to enhance the customer experience.
