Credit Consultant - Collections (Christchurch)

Kia ora - We are expanding our Customer Care Department and creating a new team of Credit Consultant- Collections in our Christchurch Office

We're looking for the newest additions to our tight knit Collections team! You'll have ownership of your own ledger and work with internal departments to deliver first class customer service to every single one of your customers. 

In this role, you'll deal with working a variety of stages of credit control where customer experience, outcome and the reputation of our brand is incredibly important.

Your day will include:

The role will be Monday - Friday working from our Hamilton or Christchurch office.

Your role will be as part of the new compliance team at the Bank.
