Do you like a role dealing business to business Credit Control? We are currently seeking a motivated Credit Controller in Auckland. Working in the Finance team you will take responsibility for:

• Processing invoices
• Handling queries
• Receipting off payments
• Bank reconciliations.
• Contacting overdue customers
• Negotiating payment terms 
• Assessing and approving credit limits and payment terms
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Accounts Receivable function
• Review invoices.
• Operate as Accounts Receivable backup when needed.

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Exposure to systems such as SAGE and Microsoft O365
• Great attention to detail 
• 2 years + of Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience 
• Experience with customer contracts. 
• Excellent communication skills
