About the Role:
This role is critical for managing accounts receivable and ensuring effective debt management. You will contribute to the financial health of the organisation by maintaining accurate records and developing positive relationships with stakeholders. 

*This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to become permanent. Approx. 3 days office based and 2 days work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete credit control for Technology One
• Prepare monthly and annual debt management reports
• Initiate debt collection and manage agency recoveries
• Collaborate with various departments on debt control matters
• Reconcile debtors' accounts and assist with bad debt write-offs.

• Proven experience in credit control and debt management
• Proficiency in Technology One and Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
