CRL Train Operations Co-ordinator

Auckland One Rail (AOR) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Train Operations Coordinator to support the CRL Delivery Team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of train operations activities, helping keep schedules, resources, and documentation on track as we prepare for Day 1 of CRL service. This is a fixed term role through to the end of February, 2026.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide logistical and administrative support to the Train Operations workstream.

• Coordinate rolling stock, equipment procurement, and testing logistics.
• Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and training documentation.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and corrective actions from test cases.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and support change management processes.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Experience in project coordination, ideally in transport, infrastructure, or engineering.
• Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
