CSNZ’s role in this process is to facilitate the connection of the two parties – vendor and purchaser – it is confidential to these two parties and the CSNZ Secretary only.
Selling:
If you are interested in selling your practice, the owner (vendor) of the business contacts the CSNZ Secretary Wendy ( ).
The CSNZ Secretary will post the following details on the CSNZ website for the vendor:
Purchasing:
If you are interested in buying a practice, the buyer (purchaser) will contact the CSNZ secretary Wendy ( ).
If the purchaser is interested in a business that is already listed, then they need to provide the following to the CSNZ secretary:
If the purchaser is interested in purchasing a business and nothing is listed on the website, then they are to contact the CSNZ secretary with the area they would like to purchase in, and she will load this onto the website (for potential vendors to then contact Wendy).
Next Steps:
The CSNZ secretary will contact the vendor or purchaser and supply the interested parties’ details to the vendor or purchaser and then it is up to the vendor or purchaser to make contact with the interested party.
If the vendor or purchaser isn't interested in contacting the other party, then the vendor or purchaser is to let the CSNZ secretary know, and she will let the interested party know that the vendor or purchaser won’t be contacting them.
