We have multiple opportunities within our Customer Centre for experienced and proactive customer service professionals to join us in maintaining and growing relationships with our customers.
About the Company:
Ravensdown is a farmer owned co-operative within the agricultural sector. We exist to help our farmers optimise soil fertility and productivity to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way with a focus on lowering environmental impact. Beyond fertiliser, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.
About the Role:
Based out of our Christchurch office, our Customer Centre plays a pivotal role in the relationship with our customers. They are the first point of call, developing long-term relationships based on integrity and trust. With a strong focus on ensuring customers get the right products for their farming operation, with the best possible service, support, and down-to-earth advice; this is a team that provides essential end to end support across many disciplines.
Our business is built on loyalty, confidence, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. To continue building on this, we're looking for team members who are ready to take the next step in their customer service career. If you are first and foremost a natural communicator, a highly attentive listener, proactive, technically savvy, quick to learn, and prepared to expand yourself; then this is the team for you.
We have multiple opportunities available in our inbound Customer Centre team. Full (and ongoing) training will ensure that you learn our systems, services, and product range inside out.

About You:
You have a strong work ethic and a flexible and proactive approach. With a desire to deliver first class service, you go the extra mile to find solutions. Your aptitude for technology and ability to learn new skills quickly will set you apart from others. Being a great team-player, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help when times are busy.
You may have previous experience working in a customer centre environment, or a customer service-based role. Perhaps you come from an agricultural background and are looking for more flexibility that comes from an office-based environment. Either way, we're keen to hear from you. If you're interested in enhancing your career as a customer service professional, then this is a great place to continue your journey and further your learning.
