Customer & Operations Representative (Full Time)

We have an opportunity for what we call a 'Rental Operations Agent' to join our amazing team based in beautiful Tauranga!

• Full-time (working 40-hours per week) position available

About the Role 

As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business!  This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.  On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

Based at the airport we work Monday to Sunday from 6am to 9pm. For this position we are looking for someone who can work full-time (a 40-hour work week) consisting of 5 x 8-hour shifts that could fall anytime during our working hours and may include weekend work.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.

• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.

• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
