Our East Tamaki branch is seeking a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to provide support to the Customer Care Team Lead ensuring efficient, quality, and smooth functioning of the management of incoming customer enquiries and existing customer requests. This is a part-time role for 32hrs/week - happy to be flexible around how those hours look across the working week. It is based at the Harris Road clinic and will remotely engage with other branches.

This role is based more behind the scenes with providing the very best customer service to all internal and external clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide adequate support and leverage to the Customer Care Team Lead
  • Provide excellence in Customer Service and support to internal and external customers
  • Contributes to a high-performing Habit Health Team
  • Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally with all stakeholders 
  • Compile Data for internal/external reports and audit purposes
  • General administrative duties and provide back up support to other departments in periods of high volume
  • Maintain and process client change requests & create logins for our client portal
  • Provide ongoing IT Support to both Admin & Clinical Staff in the use or our own PMS
  • Triage and monitor client enquiries and website enquiries.
  • Compile and answer customer quotes

The ideal candidate:

  • Warm and approachable – a friendly manner is key!
  • Previous experience in preferably healthcare, customer service experience as well as experience in an admin role.
  • Sound skills using Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day and be the first introduction to Habit Health & EAP Services
  • Willingness to learn
