Our East Tamaki branch is seeking a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to provide support to the Customer Care Team Lead ensuring efficient, quality, and smooth functioning of the management of incoming customer enquiries and existing customer requests. This is a part-time role for 32hrs/week - happy to be flexible around how those hours look across the working week. It is based at the Harris Road clinic and will remotely engage with other branches.
This role is based more behind the scenes with providing the very best customer service to all internal and external clients.
Main responsibilities:
