Join Our Team as Customer Care Representative.

The day to day work will see you represent RepairHub and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction. Your role is vital as the main point of contact for customers during their vehicle repair process.

Working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer documents
• Manage assessment appointments
• Communicate warmly with customers
• Assist in assessments and repairs
• Support estimators with vehicle assessments
• Coordinate services with partners
• Provide mobility solutions and paperwork
• Address customer inquiries
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Inspect returned hire cars and handle payments
• Conduct customer surveys for feedback

About You

We seek candidates who have:
• Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of customer care experience in the automotive repair or related industry
• Demonstrated customer care skills
• A valid driver’s license

Candidates should also be:
• Punctual, reliable, and available during operating hours
• Detail-oriented with pride in their work
• Team players with a 'can-do' attitude
• Patient, empathetic, and effective communicators
• Adaptable and capable of multitasking
• Skilled in phone conversations and IT systems
• Knowledgeable about health and safety requirements in a busy vehicle repair workshop
