About the role: - Monday to Friday, 10.30 am – 7.00 pm
- Deliver outstanding service to customers throughout Australia
- Handle queries over the phone or via email
- Take ownership for your customer queries and provide individual solutions to suit specific needs
- Liaise with other departments and third parties to implement solutions
- Manage a case load of queries at different stages of resolution
Skills & experience: - Previous experience in a fast paced, technical customer service role
- Excellent technical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure managing multiple queries at different stages of resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathise with customers
- A passion for service excellence
