About us
Located at our Auckland Branch in Highbrook our Customer Experience team is critical in delivering a service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.  As a close knit team you will often hear laughter and chatter amongst them.

The role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is confident, curious and committed to delivering a great experience for our customers. 

You will be an ultimate team player with the X-factor, someone who enjoys problem solving, juggling multiple priorities and building instant rapport with our customers. You are dynamic and stay cool under pressure.  You are also an administrative whizz with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in our fast-moving environment.

This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with internal and external customers to answer queries


• Building solutions that exceed our customer expectations


• Building rapport with customers


• Accurate processing of transport documents

Our ideal candidate should:

• Have excellent communication skills, whether written or by phone


• Have strong computer skills.


• Be experienced in customer services.


• Enjoy working in a team.
