Customer Service – Building Materials

The Role

Based from the office in Mt Wellington and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. This position is the first point of contact for customers. The main emphasis of the role will be dealing with customers via the phone and email, processing orders and dealing with general enquiries. Combined with general administration duties and supporting the sales representatives where applicable. 

Responsibilities

• Order entry and queries via phone/email (external customers and intercompany/contract manufacturer customers).
• Raising purchase orders as and when required
• General office administrative duties to support the team.
• Managing delivers to customers
• Support the Sales Representatives in the field where applicable

Skills & Experience

• Ideally you possess strong customer service experience, from within the wider building materials market
• Possess clear communication skills.
• Proactive and positive can-do attitude
• Confident around different computer systems

Their team are skilled in offering our specialty services including extrusion design, technical advice, product selection, finishing, supply and delivery options.

• 40 hours per week, 8 30 am – 5 00 pm
• $65,000.00 - $74,000.00, depending on experience
