In this pivotal role and will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring a seamless Freight & Logistics experience from start to finish.

The Role:

As part of the busy Customer Service team you will be looking after some of our key clients. Utilizing both your Import and Export knowledge, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer specific KPI’s are met
• Serving as a key point of contact and responsible for providing the customer with up-to-date information on shipments throughout the order lifecycle (import, export ) 
• Liaising with local and overseas Hellmann stations and agents to facilitate the movement and successful completion of shipments
• Determining specific service requirements and ensuring regulatory requirements and documentation are correct
• Building long term and effective relationships with key customers

Remuneration:

The salary will be dependent on your previous experience and skills.  

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 2+ years air logistics experience, preferably in Freight & Logistics
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• A passion for dealing with customers and solving complex, time-critical problems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks
• A positive work ethic, attitude and someone who has a passion for customer excellence
