Customer Service Manager - Hiring Urgently

Refrigafreighters is a fast-growing temperature-controlled transport business, committed to providing great service and solutions to our customers. 

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in our Takanini office and help us to drive excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience within the transport industry, allowing them to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing all aspects of customer service operations, including but not limited to handling POD (Proof of Delivery) requests, resolving customer enquiries, and ensuring timely responses to customer feedback
• Managing the customer service team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance management
• Providing administrative support to the Operations team by entering consignments, assisting with run allocation, and assisting with export documentation requirements as necessary
• Managing the ordering of stationery and office consumables
• Working closely with the Operations and Sales teams to address customer issues and implement corrective actions as needed

We are looking for someone with

• Proven experience in a customer service management role
• Previous experience in the transport industry (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and maintain positive working relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
• Strong leadership experience
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
