About the Role:

We have a new 9-month fixed term opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team. 

To succeed in this position, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping company environment or freight forwarding 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Business would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders along with strong analytical skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work unsupervised
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
