Answer the phone in a professional and timely manor
Orders are correctly entered and dispatched so that accurate invoices are generated
Support the CSR Supervisor as and when required with tasks and projects
Completes a fair share of workload including order processing via emails, phone pick up, My Bidfood processing, out of stock processing, greeting of walk in customers
Any complaints are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction or referred to senior staff for assistance
Customers are made aware of specials that may suit their particular requirements
Customers are made aware of unavailable stock and alternative products are offered
As delegated out bound calls are made to customers to request their orders
Proactively looks for work and new learning opportunities
Required to assist account managers when directed in an effort to support them in their duties
Supportive role for account managers to help achieve targets and resolve customer issues
Thrives in a team environment and works well both individually and with others.
Eager to learn new systems and processes within the business.
Displays flexibility to meet the needs of the business
Remains calm, productive and focused in pressured situations achieving desired outcomes and maintaining positive relationships
