Are you ready to front one of New Zealand's most iconic brands in a fast-paced and people-facing environment? Entain Australia and New Zealand currently have an opportunity at our Taupo TAB Branch as a Customer Service Representative working 15 hours per week.

As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. While providing excellent customer service, you will quickly and accurately assist in the placing of bets while creating an engaging experience. You'll be driven to provide expert product knowledge and advice, while creating an atmosphere that highlights the organisation as a fun and welcoming environment. While we would be keen to hear from anyone with TAB experience, this is not essential, and we can provide training.  

How you can work...

You will be working at least 15 hours per week, with more hours available when staff are on leave. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has alternative commitments, whether you're returning to work, currently engaged in University study, or are looking for some part time hours. You would need to be flexible across the week and able to work early evenings and some weekend days, including the possibility of public holidays.

You're a match if you ideally have….

• Experience in customer service and passion for helping people.
• Cash handling or till experience, and confidence in your numeric skills.
• An interest in sports and racing.
• Previous TAB experience, or gaming operating experience, would be advantageous.
• The willingness and motivation to become a product expert,
• Great communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• A consistently positive attitude day in and day out.
