Customer Service Representative

As a  Customer Service Representative at  CARTERS Madras Street, your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service to our building trade customers by accurately selecting the correct building materials to match their needs. This crucial, highly active, and physical role will make you indispensable across various sections of our branch.

• Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load orders.
• Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences.
• Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general store housekeeping.

About you

You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications:

• Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset.
• Capable in navigating computer systems with a firm grasp of technology.
• Physically fit
• A valid FULL NZ Driver's Licence
• Having a Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certifications is advantageous.
• Building industry knowledge is beneficial.
