We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team in Auckland for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. This role would suit an outgoing and enthusiastic person who wants to get their foot in the door with a stable and supportive company.

Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Attending to customers at the counter.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls and responding to customer enquiries in an effective and timely manner.
• Collaborate with our supply chain team where required to ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer requirements.
• Handle quoting and input orders seamlessly into our system.
• Assisting in processing stock transfers.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous customer service experience ideally in engineering or similar industries
• A strong desire to learn, continuously improve, and take responsibility
• The willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into whatever tasks are needed
• Have a proactive approach to work – you use initiative but will seek assistance where required
