Z Retail sites are run by independent local business people called Retailers, and they employ their own staff. When you work for a Z Retail site, you will receive top-class training, including the opportunity to gain NZQA qualifications.

Many of our Site Leaders and some of our Retailers started out as Z Retail team members. With more than 190 sites across New Zealand, there are heaps of opportunities. Customer Service Representatives have some of the friendliest faces you'll see at the counter in your local Z store.

CSRs get the daily fun and excitement of working with our loyal customers, other dedicated station staff, passionate Z operations managers, and an experienced Retailer. Our most valuable CSRs go out of their way to make sure they show the Z Factor to each and every customer, day in and day out. It's this level of detail to service that keeps our customers coming back.

As a trusted Z CSR, you'll handle cash, keep the store fully stocked, clean and tidy, and solve any problems that arise. You might have to give a hand to help out with food and drinks when needed, so you'll have high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and product quality. Sound like you?
