We are seeking a Customer Service super star to join our team located in Hamilton. We offer a hybrid working pattern (Tuesday and Thursdays in the office) with core hours being 8.30am - 5.00pm. You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service when liaising with customers via phone and email. The responsibilities will also include:

The successful individual will have prior customer service experience, ideally from an agricultural or manufacturing background, with an excellent phone and email etiquette. Candidates will also display:
