We are seeking a Customer Service super star to join our team located in Hamilton. We offer a hybrid working pattern (Tuesday and Thursdays in the office) with core hours being 8.30am - 5.00pm. You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service when liaising with customers via phone and email. The responsibilities will also include:

 

• Process customer orders & contracts
• Field incoming calls & emails from internal and external customers, suppliers, and general queries
• Provide administrative support to the field and admin teams 
• Provide product, pricing and delivery information to clients

About your experience
The successful individual will have prior customer service experience, ideally from an agricultural or manufacturing background, with an excellent phone and email etiquette. Candidates will also display:

 

• Time management skills & ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks depending on urgency
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A 'roll up your sleeves' mentality
