Customer Service Representative Showroom
As a Customer Service Representative at the BRAND-NEW CARTERS LEVIN, your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service to our building trade customers by accurately selecting the correct building materials to match their needs.
- Direct engagement face to face with our customers
- Identify and recommend suitable products, make recommendations and process purchases
- Merchandise stock and maintain levels within the showroom.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general store housekeeping.

- Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset.
- Capable in navigating computer systems with a firm grasp of technology.

- Past involvement in customer service and/or retail roles.
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
